The Experience

A brand new identity concept was crafted to properly reflect Ang Kwong Funeral Service's brand personality and a humane and empathetic brand, with a new set of brand collaterals for identity consistency.

We identified all key touchpoints and painpoints along the user journey, both online and offline, and revamped the journeys for a more empathetic and sensitive journey that properly reflected Ang Kwong Funeral Service as the empathetic brand that they are.
